Employment Opportunities

If you are interested in applying for a position in our research group, please contact us as described below.

Postdoctoral fellows

While we do not have any specific positions available right now, we are always interested to know about excellent postdoctoral candidates for possible future openings. If you are interested, please email Dr. Mark Prausnitz indicating your areas of interest along with a copy of your CV.

Graduate students

Admission to the graduate program at Georgia Tech is done by the specific graduate programs at Georgia Tech. Dr. Prausnitz does not make admissions decisions. Once you are admitted into a graduate program, you can contact Dr. Prausnitz to discuss research opportunities in our lab. Please visit the following websites for more information about admissions at Georgia Tech.

Current Georgia Tech undergraduates

If you are interested in carrying out undergraduate research in our lab, please complete the Undergrad Researcher Application and send the following materials to Pradeep Bhumireddy with Undergraduate Researcher in the subject line.

  • Resume
  • Unofficial transcript
  • Brief cover letter summarizing your research interests, semester(s) you would like to work, and hours per week you would like to work (e.g., 10 hours per week).

We are most interested in undergraduate researchers who can work for multiple semesters in order to give enough time to carry out a meaningful body of research. The first semester of work is always for credit. Subsequent semesters can be for credit or pay.
If you apply for a position, your information will be distributed to our group members and they will contact you directly if they are interested. Our goal is to match undergraduate students with mentors 4-6 weeks before the start of the semester of interest.
